Will my flowers be OK?
I bought a flower arragement for my fiance's parents for their anniversary during my lunch break today (1:30 pm). They were in water at the flower shop. When I bought them, the guy put a plastic bag around the bottom of the stems and wrapped them with cellophane and paper. Will they be OK if they're not in water until about 7 pm tonight?

How is football ever boring? I love football, and although I do agree there hasn't really been much excitement as there has been in the past regarding the playoffs, this year has been unique within its own. How about the game winning TD run by Marshawn Lynch? How about the Jets beating the heavily favored Patriots last week? Did you forget about how the Packers looked once again dominant against the Falcons (a team everyone thought would make the super bowl)? I think the key here is to see that there are differences in each season. This year has had its moments both in the regular season and playoffs. For me, this year's playoffs has been special because the Packers (from what it looks like today) will be in the super bowl after having 15 players on IR. That is 15 players who were injured. The Packers have done a remarkable thing by playing at a high level despite having so many injuries. In the AFC the Jets are poised to come into Pittsburgh and potentially beat the Steelers. I don't really like the Jets as a team (because of the players pride) but they are right now on the cusp of greatness in such a short time. So for me, there is "pizzazz" as you say. I think we as fans have to realize every season is different. No one season is the same.
How can i make my hair more beautiful?
i have a curly hair and i dont want to straighten it up! i gave up already with those treatments because it just worsen the dryness of my hair. now i love my hair as before BUT i want to improve it. i want to make my curves better coz it's quite dry, i think because of movea hair lotion that i'm using but so far this hair lotion is good coz i've tried many hair mousse before and i think this one's better. what do you think? should i try cellophane?hair spa?hot oil? or anything you would suggest regularly like every 3/6 months for my hair to make it more shiny and healthy and not dry so i could no longer use ponytail? thanks much!!!!
Where can I buy or rent 3D eye glasses?

I find that men are far more sexist, my personal opinion. I think what develops a sexist man is the same that develops an abusive man, the culture they grow up in...meaning the type of music they listen to, television and movies they watch, the influences they have around them as a child and especially in the teen years. I just find that some guys I know expect their women to cook for them and iron their clothes, and they think that a big purpose women have is to sexually please, just because we are women. I hate it, but not all guys are like that, just in case someone gets offended by this, some guys are actually smart enough to see beyond that =)

They are either Canadian or Scottish kippers. They are in a clear cellophane package, not in a tin and usually two to a package. I used to buy at Safeway but they dont have them. It can be anywhere in the Bay Area.
Laptop sleeve to keep clean?
I have a laptop that's a year old. I left my laptop on a shelf under my desk in my room before I left for christmas vacation. When I came back, I had lots of tiny white mites (size of a small dot) or tiny white bugs crawling all over the keyboard. I cleaned, vaccumed the keyboard, and wiped out my laptop. I also placed it inside a plastic bag and sealed it to kill off the tiny white mites. So far, it appears be gone for now. What can I do to prevent this from happening again? What would you recommend for a college student? Would a laptop sleeve be good?

Does this girl I've know for a couple of weeks like me?
We are both freshmen in college and we live in the same dorm complex, we have a few mutual friends and that's how I know her. I can not read her because she is so quite and sometimes shy. The other day we were walking through the dorms and we got on the elevator, it was her me and a few of are friends, she leaned her back against my chest the whole ride, now this would normally be nothing, just a result of to many people on the elevator but she had three feet of wide open space in front of her. When we got to my floor she stayed with me and another friend of mine and talked for a couple of hours and watched tv, she said she would leave but are couches were to comfortable(they really are the greatest couches I've ever sat on) She makes eye contact with me a lot as well. Why does some bread come with an inner cellophane wrapper?

I know it sounds gross, but what do other people do after they have picked up their dogs poop? You can design the car yourself but I can offer help with how to power it. If you make it a 3 wheeled car (two at the back and one at the front) you can use the elastic band to power the front wheel. Attach on end of the band to a fixed point and the other to the axel of the front wheel. You can then wind up the wheel, which twists the elastic band and when you release it the stored energy in the elastic will unwind it, moving the wheel and propelling the car forward.

Two of my closest friends hate eachother?
What do you do when two of your closest friends who are totally opposite in personality, talk badly about eachother to you and try and make you feel bad about having them in your life? Both of them ask about eachother and ask how they are but always comment negetively towards what I say. Both of them don't understand eachother and eachothers lives but feel they should judge them. When I have made arrangements with one of them and the other wants to meet me they will try and make me re-schedule and judge the situation and make it seem like I should favour one over the other. Where can i find cellophane and cardboard for a fine art print?
If the print is a high quality print,printed on acid free paper it would be a good idea to use an acid free board for mounting. This can be obtained from art suppliers and frame shops. Plastics,in different mils or thicknesses, to wrap the work in can be found at some fabric stores but should only be used temporarily because heat will effect the plastic and cause it to shrink in turn bending or warping the board and print. Cellophane might be found a some art suppliers as well.

Later that day she picked me up & we got pulled over and police found them on the side of passenger seat, which I had been sitting, and charged me with procession of them. She was not charged. Can my friend come to court, show his prescription and explain to judge yhow he dropped them accidentally, and get my charges dismissed? We live in New Jersey, it was 5 pills which he had placed in the cellophane wrap that slipped out his pocket. We were pulled over cause I was a passenger & not wearing a seatbelt, we told police the pills were not ours. Thanks for any advice to this matter.

Do I have to boil my Wonder Warmer RIGHT after I use it?
I just ordered a Wonder Warmer hand warmer and I would like to take it to school to use in the cold mornings, but I just found out that you have to put it in boiling water after you use it to melt all of the hard crystals, so would I have to go home as soon as the heat fades, and throw it in a pot of boiling water for ten minutes? So I have a job at a veterinary place, it isn't full time but pretty close, no benefits only pet benefits and it's been a struggle financially to take the job, I finally got an extra day added on and that sure helps but it isn't 5 days a week yet just four. I LOVE the job. So my work schedule has been pretty much been a set schedule so I thought I'd apply for a 2nd job to help get more income in, but don't want that first job to know in case they think I don't like my job or in case they think they would be working me too much-or anything related to that. I finally got a 2nd job and I just did the drug test and the 2nd job keeps asking my availability and keep saying "that should work." It is limited availability due to the 1st job. Anyway the 1st job asks me to switch shifts with other people once every month or so and I don't mind. Well they asked me to work saturday evening instead of saturday morning but i just got done telling the 12nd job i work saturday morning and can work for you evenings and if I switch I may "burn the bridge" for the 2nd job. Honestly I am bad at saying No and turning someone down, I hate it, I like to do favors for people and not have worries. How can I handle this professionally? what would "you" do? Is it worth it to do 2 jobs or should I stick to just the one job? Personal opinions needed. Help!

How to make lipstick stay on?
i have a large lipstick collection varying from sheer and glossy to moisturizing to dry and matte. however none last mopre than an hour if i'm lucky. i have use lipliner and powder underneath. no change. lip chic, sealed with a kiss and every other lipseal you can dream up. all peeled off like cellophane. i am not interested in the outlast or infallible or any other 18 hr or longwear lipcolor/gloss combo or stain. i want to know how to make longer use of the lipsticks i already have. how do i keep them on all day, or at least most of the day?

So i was recently in ocean city, md for vacation and our townhouse got searched because when the police officer came in to make us dump out alcohol and what not(we were underage) he found a tiny little bit of weed on the counter. He searched the rest of the house but did not find anything else. My name was the only name on the lease so i was the only one who got arrested and charged out of the 5 other people staying with me. I don't smoke weed, haven't in 4 years. I even offered to take a drug test to prove that it's obviously not mine but he didn't give me one. I was just wondering if they have a case? can i really get charged with possession when it wasn't found on me or in my luggage or anything? Should i plead guilty or not guilty?

Ok, So there is this girl who I've had a crush on for over a year since freshman year. Hi fellow seniors, do you have issues when opening containers?
I have a handy jar opener that works well. I keep a pair of scissors on a hook in the kitchen for those pesky cellophane packages. Most of the cans here in Italy are of the flip top variety and are usually not a problem. But, just last week I got 2 cans of cat food on which the flip top broke off. The can opener would not work because the lid was Too deep. I had to resort to a hammer, screwdriver and a pair of pliers to get them open! It took a few minutes, but I can't afford to waste anything.

Doctors should have a great bed-side manner, and while they should tell the truth, they need to be aware of what impact their comments may have on the patient. They can be straight-forward and be compassionate also. While their time is important, so are the patients and the patient deserves enough time with the doctor to get the info that they need. You were smart to not go back to that doctor. Good for you.

I have a crush on my best friend, but as of late he has been acting quite different. He's constantly teasing me about other guys in my class liking me and how they stare at me, and he knows I am not interested in them. my parents were pretty wrapped up in each other when i was growing up, my dad was extremely physically and emotionally abusive towards my mother and had at least 5 affairs during their marriage and then later got hooked on cocaine for 10 years and did some pretty bad things. my dad favours my two brothers and would spoil them and spend time with them and they could never do wrong. when me and my twin sister hit our teens we became obese and he would constantly call us names and threaten us about our weight and eating habits. (i've recently shed the pounds at 20 years old) alot has changed over the last 2 years. my dad is now sober, my parents are together and seem happy and he hasn't hit my mum in the last 2 years. but since 'the big change' i've wanted nothing more than for both my parents to be dead. it seems like the past 20 years have just hit home and i'm pretty much a wreck. me and my mum were close when things were bad, like best friends. now i can't even stand to be in the same room as her and sometimes i can't even look at my dad, i'm so angry at the both of them for what they have done. whenever i've tried to tell them how i feel but they are convinced they have done nothing wrong and just get angry or tell me to shut up. my mum has the attitude like 'you think you've been through alot, i've been through worse' kind of thing and it's like talking to a child, they won't accept that they have done wrong nor will they apologise, it's like nothing ever happened.i have every intention of moving out of our home when i can afford to, but until then how do i cope with being around them? i don't spend any time with my family, i just want to get away from them and never see them again. looking back at how i dealt with the problems at home really upsets me, when i started going out and drinking i'd get into fights, i'd drink till i passed out and slept with ANY guy that wanted me. until last year i was confident loud and social, but now i'm withdrawn and distant and find it hard to talk to anyone even on a basic 'small talk' level, i feel like i have nothing to give and i would rather pretend like i don't exist, i've lost my friends, i've lost interest in everything i used to enjoy and my confidence is at rock bottom. how do i get over what's happened and still have a relationship with my parents? i feel like so much has gone on but i'm the only one who's suffering from the past. everyone around me is happy
HTC EVO LCD SCREEN HELP? (water)?
Hi. I dropped my HTC EVO 4g in the toilet. (it was in my back pocket and fell in) I grabbed it after 2 seconds and immediately took out the battery and dried both the phone and battery under a hand dryer til dried. I’ve had the phone sitting in a plastic bag with dried rice for about 22 hours. I took it out and tested it once, the evo will power on/vibrate/and make all the startup noises PLUS my new email and texting sounds. However the LCD screen stays black. There is a backlight that comes on and lights up the home button, phone button, and the buttons along the lower LCD of the phone. It charges. I plugged it in the charger and the orange button lights up as normal. So far…everything is normal except for the LCD staying black. Any Suggestions?

How to care for an Orchid?
I just bought an orchid from Kmart. Its in its original packaging which is a small plastic square pot. I unwrapped the cellophane stuff around it and its potted in what the tag calls volcanic cinders. Anyway, the roots seem to be popping up out of the pot. I dont know how to grow these and I love it and wanna keep it alive. Do I need to repot it or just put the roots back down into the plant? Help and advice on how to care for this is much appreciated!

I'm trying to find opinions on whether or not 6-7 days is enough time served in jail for a $750 bond.?
My husband had a warrant for his arrest in Wayne county Mi (out of Westland). Back in July, he was in a drive thru at Wendy's and had a grand mal seizure. He somehow hit the gas, and hit the minivan in front of him. It also caused damage to the building. He was driving my dad's Durango, but his license was (unknowingly) suspended for a ticket out of Royal Oak (in Oakland county) he forgot to pay right before we moved to Florida (we moved back to MI about 3 years ago). They initially took him to the hospital for a blood test (NOT for the seizure), then to jail. They let him out the following morning, without a bond or anything. Fast forward to this past Thurs- we were in Westland with a friend, the friend was driving. We got pulled over, and they took my husband to jail on the warrant. It was for the driving on suspended, causing an accident. After arraignment, they set his bond at $750. He also has a $300 bond from a warrant stemming from Royal Oak from that ticket back in 2007. So yesterday they said he'd be getting shipped to Wayne county jail from the Westland holding cell, (obviously as you can tell, I can't afford $1050) BUT they shipped him all the way up to Isabella county jail due to overcrowding (it's a couple hours north). His next court date is this Wednesday. Once he finishes everything in Wayne county, he'll be bound over to Oakland county, but I CAN afford to come up with the $300 for THAT, as a matter of fact, I'm TRYING to do that BEFORE Wednesday. So my question is, does anyone think the odds are in his favor that since his 'crime' is nonviolent, and it's so obviously overcrowded, he could get time served on Wednesday? It'll only be what, 6 days served? He got arrested at about 3 pm on Thursday the 20th, so that's kinda like 7 days. Would it benefit him in being more of a candidate for time served if I paid the $300 to Royal Oak before he sees the judge on Wed? And as far as the seizures go, it was his 5th in the past 2 years, and he's had one since. He's now on anti seizure meds, and the insurance company covered my dad's Durango even though my husband didn't have a license. The van he crashed into didn't have insurance. I know no one has a definite answer, but without any smack talk, does anyone have an educated or experienced opinion?? Thank you.
What do you think of this idea for our wedding favors?
I'm trying to come up with DIY wedding favors and we both agree that we want it to be something edible and chocolate. I was thinking of either making those delicious oreo cookie balls or brownies and putting them in their own cellophane bag with our wedding colors as the ribbons with a card that has our names and wedding date on one side and "Thanks for Making Our Wedding Day Sweet!" There are no diabetics coming to our wedding, so I know that basis is covered. Here's an idea from one practical joker to another. Buy a box of those chocolate covered cherries that only are sold during the holidays. Without taking the cellophane wrapper off, put it in the microwave and zap it for a few seconds at a time--you don't want to dissolve the cellophane. Then put in the freezer for about a day(cold should make the melted chocolate look dry and white spots) Take out of freezer and let come to room temps before wrapping it in fancy paper with a bow. Give it to friend or take to a party. The look on the recipients face when he/she opens it will be priceless!!!

How can I train for a good mile time?

What to wrap baked goods in to sell?
My family is running a little tree selling business this year, and i'm doing a bake sale to go along with it, and last week at my bake sale I make cookies, fudge, peppermint bark and pumpkin bread and I put the cookies and the peppermint bark in some plastic baggies that I got from the dollar store. The cookies and peppermint bark tasted great on my first day (it was a 2 day bake sale), but the next day EVERYTHING tasted like plastic and had to be thrown. The good thing is i made enough money back to pay for the ingredients I used to make everything, but i was VERY frusterating throwing everything away. I have 2 more two day bake sales coming up and I DONT want to take a chance with anything tasting like plastic again. So what I"m wondering is if and of you guys know of something I could wrap everything it that is also pretty but WONT make them taste like plastic? I've heard cellophane is what alot of people use, but is there ANY chance that cellophane could give off a plastic-y taste? Is this an okay gift for a teacher?
It really doesn't matter what you give this specific allergic teacher. If you have handcrafted the cards the teachers will be very amazed! Even if you didn't even make the cards, it's the thought that went into thinking about it; that anyone who recieves a gift is gracious of. Don't go to too much trouble! Expensive or inexpensive, handmade or not handmade it's the thought that counts.
Discontinued box of cookies?
I'm trying to find the name of a possible discontinued retail box of cookies. I bought them at our grocery stores for years (Save Mart and Albertsons). It's an assortment of old fashioned type cookies. The assortment had a moon-shaped cookie, round donut with pink frosting cookie, round cookie with sprinkle beads and a thumbprint jelly cookie. It came in a rectangle box with a cellophane wrapping you could see the cookies through.
Does this girl I've know for a couple of weeks like me?
We are both freshmen in college and live in the same dorm complex, we have a few mutual friends and that's how I know her. I can not read her because she is so quite and sometimes shy. I always disagree with all of the people who whine about officiating, but I can't get rid of the feeling that the refs will screw up calls in Pittsburgh's favor. First, one of the refs from Super Bowl XL admitted messing up in that game. Secondly, Pittsburgh has a reputation of being a rough, physical team. So for some of the borderline penalties that would get called against Green Bay, if the Steelers did those things people would say, "Oh, that's just Steeler football". Third, Ed Hochuli scares me to death. He always seems to be in the middle of controversies. I have no idea who officiated the NFC game, which means I'd feel a lot better if they got to do the Super Bowl. Someone talk some sense into me, please. And be nice.

From pictures, the favors our children and looks american. 4 years ago, I decided that I would stay and reconcile my marriage and mainly because we have 3 teens together and felt this would devastate them. I've had this happen to me before! except i wasn't so lucky. The horse escaped when i was getting mine out of the paddock. She legit jumped through the trees and went galloping down the street. I'm in a really tight spot?
I've become friends with two kids that I met this year (both guys, I'm a girl). They're both really great guys and they make me laugh and they're so fun. But I think they may like me.. I have considered being in a relationship with either of them but I really don't know. I talk to both of them a lot. One of them isn't really favored by a lot of kids in our school, and the other is really nice and everyone loves him. I find them watching me from across the hall often. One day they were together and they were both watching me.. it was awkward. But anyway, I have been told that some people have had suspicions of them liking me. I really don't know what to do. I don't know which direction to go in.. I also don't want to have a conflict between them or between all three of us. Thanks for your time!

How to deal with a ball hog?
So There is this girl on my basketball team and she usually starts as shooting guard but usually in the middle of the game the coaches switch her to point guard. I play point guard and shooting guard, her and I are good friends and know how to play together. Here is the problem on a fast break usually 2 people are on her and blocking her while I am wide open through the center, she just wants to score and be the hero. She makes a lot of mistakes like turnovers and she travels, but the coaches don't care they favor her. Also someone will set a pick on her defender and she will charge to the basket even though there are like 3 defenders on her, while some of my teammates and I are open and she just keeps going and ends up missing and turning the ball over. Child support/full custody? Help please?
OK recently me and the child of my mother had a disagreement i guess you could say. She got upset that i don't get my daughter more often. I'm working two jobs and going to school full time right now so I see her as much as possible. But now shes being spiteful and wants to put me on child support and wont let me claim my daughter on my tax return. I'm not really worrying about being on child support because either way I would be supporting my child but how exactly do they calculate how much money there gonna take from me for child support? I live in Florida and she and the baby are also on medicaid or medicare one of those. Doesn't that mean some of the child support would go back to the state? And also seeing as how she is unemployed and got arrested for a warrant she had from running a red light a while ago and for driving without a license is there a good chance I could win a custody fight? Her most recent job was bar tending at a strip club... I don't think the courts would favor that too much. I'm basically trying to see what my options are. To me shes not a very fit mother but would those things i mentioned be enough to show it? What to wrap baked goods in to sell?
My family is running a little tree selling business this year, and i'm doing a bake sale to go along with it, and last week at my bake sale I make cookies, fudge, peppermint bark and pumpkin bread and I put the cookies and the peppermint bark in some plastic baggies that I got from the dollar store. The cookies and peppermint bark tasted great on my first day (it was a 2 day bake sale), but the next day EVERYTHING tasted like plastic and had to be thrown. The good thing is i made enough money back to pay for the ingredients I used to make everything, but i was VERY frusterating throwing everything away. I have 2 more two day bake sales coming up and I DONT want to take a chance with anything tasting like plastic again. So what I"m wondering is if any of you guys know of something I could wrap everything it that is also pretty but WONT make them taste like plastic? My roommate brought some food back from Red Lobster in one of those styrofoam take-home boxes and the whole fridge smells like it now. I have a cheesecake sitting in the fridge that I do NOT want to smell like his food. Why do my parents favour my little brother?
We went to the shops the other day and my brother asked if he could get a video game. So my dad asked me if i could buy it for him. I said yes but only if he would pay me back. It is three months later and I am still awaiting payment. We are both freshmen in college and live in the same dorm complex, we have a few mutual friends and that's how I know her. I can not read her because she is so quite and sometimes shy. The other day we were walking through the dorms and we got on the elevator, it was her me and a few of are friends, she leaned her back against my chest the whole ride, now this would normally be nothing, just a result of to many people on the elevator but she had three feet of wide open space in front of her. When we got to my floor she stayed with me and another friend of mine and talked for a couple of hours and watched tv, she said she would leave but are couches were to comfortable(they really are the greatest couches I've ever sat on) She makes eye contact with me a lot as well. The next day she had some gay dude in her room(I don't know if he for a fact is gay but talking about having sex with Brad Pitt doesn't tip the hetero scales in your favor) but I know for a fact she is single. i don't know maybe I am just over analyzing things we've only know each other for a couple of weeks. What do you think?
Is it normal for my cellophane betta to have blue eyes?
He's very active, and has no ick on him at all. When he sees his reflection, he flares for two seconds at most. No matter what light he's under, his eyes are blue. Is it normal?
Hair indigo on cellophane?
I have very light brown hair that I recently dyed blue-black with semi-permanent hair color. I like the way it looked so I have decided to permanently dye it black with hair indigo. But I don't know how well it will take if all of the cellophane hasn't washed out. Can someone tell me if it would be alright for me to go ahead even though I still have a little color in my hair?

Ideas for Beatles song drawings?
I've drew 3 pictures so far, all envolving, The Beatles! My drawings are about parts of a song, or the song name, but I can't think of any right off the top of my head. The song or lyric has to have a picture with it. Like, my first one, I wrote "I'd like to be under the sea in an octopus garden with you" and I drew the yellow submarine and an octopus. My Second was "Cellophane flowers of yellow and green towering over your head" and I drew a bundh of yellow and green cellophane flowers. And my third one, I wrote "I am the walrus" then I drew a walrus, and at the bottom wrote "Goo goo g'joob" So can anyone think of anything? and give me an idea of a picture to draw with it?

I've hard some at-home solutions are to put cucumber slices over your eyes, and another is to put a spoon in the freezer and then press it against the circles under your eye. Do either of these work? If not then what other at-home solutions are there to get rid of bags under your eyes?
How to brew green tea with japanese tea bags?
I'm so sorry for this ignorant question but I have never drank tea in my life. I saw a box of japanese tea bags in my pantry and decided to have a taste. I poured hot water in a mug and then put the tea bag in. When I sipped it, it tasted like nothing, just plain water but smelled nice and that's it. I thought it was supposed to taste bitter or something. And is there a way for it to taste sweeter or more appealing?

Box set, back cover ripped off, magnetic closers not working, cellophane wrapper ripped, chocolate along the top seam, and colour rub marks from usage against the magnetic closers. Should i go to trading standards, Only problem is, i think it came from China. Where do i go, to get refunded?
