G E Shop, item disgusting state, No response to emails about returns. God help them if i get hold of them!?

Box set, back cover ripped off, magnetic closers not working, cellophane wrapper ripped, chocolate along the top seam, and colour rub marks from usage against the magnetic closers. Should i go to trading standards, Only problem is, i think it came from China. Where do i go, to get refunded?
