My dad is having an 80s party and needs decorations for it help !!?

we need a website that delivers to canada, from wherever they are, before the party. the party is febuary 5th. theres gonna be like 15 people there just a little house party. we just need decorations and like party favors and like plates ands stuff. every website we go to the only way to deliver to canada is if we have a purchase of 150$ .. we dont wanna spend that much on decorations that we'll only use once.. HELP ?
