Where can i get a cheap gift basket/ hamper basket and Cellophane?

OK, so im looking for a hamper/gift basket to buy in Scotland, not online. I can't find any cellophane in local florists, so thats out the picture - does anyone know where i can get some cellophane cheap n a cheap basket with a lid
