Will my flowers be OK?
I bought a flower arragement for my fiance's parents for their anniversary during my lunch break today (1:30 pm). They were in water at the flower shop. When I bought them, the guy put a plastic bag around the bottom of the stems and wrapped them with cellophane and paper. Will they be OK if they're not in water until about 7 pm tonight?

These playoffs have no pizazz?
How is football ever boring? I love football, and although I do agree there hasn't really been much excitement as there has been in the past regarding the playoffs, this year has been unique within its own. How about the game winning TD run by Marshawn Lynch? How about the Jets beating the heavily favored Patriots last week? Did you forget about how the Packers looked once again dominant against the Falcons (a team everyone thought would make the super bowl)? I think the key here is to see that there are differences in each season. This year has had its moments both in the regular season and playoffs. For me, this year's playoffs has been special because the Packers (from what it looks like today) will be in the super bowl after having 15 players on IR. That is 15 players who were injured. The Packers have done a remarkable thing by playing at a high level despite having so many injuries. In the AFC the Jets are poised to come into Pittsburgh and potentially beat the Steelers. I don't really like the Jets as a team (because of the players pride) but they are right now on the cusp of greatness in such a short time. So for me, there is "pizzazz" as you say. I think we as fans have to realize every season is different. No one season is the same.
How can i make my hair more beautiful?
i have a curly hair and i dont want to straighten it up! i gave up already with those treatments because it just worsen the dryness of my hair. now i love my hair as before BUT i want to improve it. i want to make my curves better coz it's quite dry, i think because of movea hair lotion that i'm using but so far this hair lotion is good coz i've tried many hair mousse before and i think this one's better. what do you think? should i try cellophane?hair spa?hot oil? or anything you would suggest regularly like every 3/6 months for my hair to make it more shiny and healthy and not dry so i could no longer use ponytail? thanks much!!!!
Where can I buy or rent 3D eye glasses?

So this is going to be quite long but i have to ask! My mom is married within 2 brothers and her father-in-law & mother-in-law seems to favour his other daughter-in-law more than he does for my mom. I find that men are far more sexist, my personal opinion. I think what develops a sexist man is the same that develops an abusive man, the culture they grow up in...meaning the type of music they listen to, television and movies they watch, the influences they have around them as a child and especially in the teen years. I just find that some guys I know expect their women to cook for them and iron their clothes, and they think that a big purpose women have is to sexually please, just because we are women. I hate it, but not all guys are like that, just in case someone gets offended by this, some guys are actually smart enough to see beyond that =)

Ok so my boyfriend and I live 7 minutes away in the hill country.We are both 19 and we hardly get to see each other.We have to rely on others for transportation and it sucks.NOW I have been thinking a LOT lately about just walking to his house or having us meet up somewhere like the nearby exxon.Here's the thing..my mom doesn't want me walking to his house because she is scared of "Drunk people driving" and "wolves" pretty much.We only live 7 minutes away from each other.I know my way to his house and he knows his way to mine.It is about a 30 minute walk or more but I wouldn't mind walking.He used to walk to my house carrying a friggen luggage bag on his shoulders and there are some wild hills out here.This is seeming to be our last resort(for now).Until he gets a vehicle and I get a license.I am 19 and a half ,I see 12 and 13 years old roaming the neighborhood all the time.I don't see why she is acting like this.I am clearly old enough to make my own decisions am I not?

They are either Canadian or Scottish kippers. They are in a clear cellophane package, not in a tin and usually two to a package. I used to buy at Safeway but they dont have them. It can be anywhere in the Bay Area.
Laptop sleeve to keep clean?
I have a laptop that's a year old. I left my laptop on a shelf under my desk in my room before I left for christmas vacation. When I came back, I had lots of tiny white mites (size of a small dot) or tiny white bugs crawling all over the keyboard. I cleaned, vaccumed the keyboard, and wiped out my laptop. I also placed it inside a plastic bag and sealed it to kill off the tiny white mites. So far, it appears be gone for now. What can I do to prevent this from happening again? What would you recommend for a college student? Would a laptop sleeve be good?

Staples don't have any, and Micheals have blue but not cyan. Is there anywhere else that I can try?
Does this girl I've know for a couple of weeks like me?
We are both freshmen in college and we live in the same dorm complex, we have a few mutual friends and that's how I know her. I can not read her because she is so quite and sometimes shy. The other day we were walking through the dorms and we got on the elevator, it was her me and a few of are friends, she leaned her back against my chest the whole ride, now this would normally be nothing, just a result of to many people on the elevator but she had three feet of wide open space in front of her. When we got to my floor she stayed with me and another friend of mine and talked for a couple of hours and watched tv, she said she would leave but are couches were to comfortable(they really are the greatest couches I've ever sat on) She makes eye contact with me a lot as well. The next day she had some gay dude in her room(I don't know if he for a fact is gay but talking about having sex with Brad Pitt doesn't tip the hetero scales in your favor) but I know for a fact she is single. i don't know maybe I am just over analyzing things we've only know each other for a couple of weeks. Why does some bread come with an inner cellophane wrapper?
There is an outer plastic bag, then inside, the bread is wrapped in cellophane. This seems to be a waste of packaging to me and makes it harder to get to the bread. I would like to know why some companies use this inner wrapper.

What to do with dog poop after picking it up?
I know it sounds gross, but what do other people do after they have picked up their dogs poop? How do I make a toy car with 2-3 wheels and rubber band or balloon as the engine?
You can design the car yourself but I can offer help with how to power it. If you make it a 3 wheeled car (two at the back and one at the front) you can use the elastic band to power the front wheel. Attach on end of the band to a fixed point and the other to the axel of the front wheel. You can then wind up the wheel, which twists the elastic band and when you release it the stored energy in the elastic will unwind it, moving the wheel and propelling the car forward.

I will be having a child-friendly reception, and to help with the entertainment Im putting together a kids favour, it will be a little gift bag full of things for them to play with... The problem is, so far I can only think of a colouring in book with pencils! Any ideas? If you do a fair test in which the fathers and the mothers have an equal amount of time to do the same things for the kid, and it turns out that the mothers are more likely to be abusive, I will believe you. If this is the case, child custody laws should be 50/50.

Glass Half Full/Empty project?
I had to make something with a symbol or meaning for art, so I got a plastic cup and half filled it with blue cellophane, which is meant to be symbolizing the glass half empty or glass half full thing. But I am absolutely lost for a name of it. Any suggestions? Thanks if you answer!!! :)

It has come to my attention that there are a lot of racists on here...like we didn't already know that. However what has been happening recently is an increase in a reporter going around a reporting every black person in high volumes.Every question I have asked today as well as some answers has been deleted, I'm guessing by a white racist. I think we should all move over to the African American topix forum. The benefit for this is we leave all the racists here, and also you don't have to worry about making another account because questions don't get deleted. Two of my closest friends hate eachother?
What do you do when two of your closest friends who are totally opposite in personality, talk badly about eachother to you and try and make you feel bad about having them in your life? Both of them ask about eachother and ask how they are but always comment negetively towards what I say. Both of them don't understand eachother and eachothers lives but feel they should judge them. When I have made arrangements with one of them and the other wants to meet me they will try and make me re-schedule and judge the situation and make it seem like I should favour one over the other. I try to please both of them by being a good supportive friend but they make it hard for me because i feel like they are always making me choose.....what do I do?

Where can i find cellophane and cardboard for a fine art print?
If the print is a high quality print,printed on acid free paper it would be a good idea to use an acid free board for mounting. This can be obtained from art suppliers and frame shops. Plastics,in different mils or thicknesses, to wrap the work in can be found at some fabric stores but should only be used temporarily because heat will effect the plastic and cause it to shrink in turn bending or warping the board and print. Cellophane might be found a some art suppliers as well.
How can i keep Cigars fresh?
I bought a bundle cigars the other day but don't know how to preserve them. I don't smoke cigars often enough to justify buying a humidor. Are there any other ways? Does putting them in a cellophane bag work?
My girlfriend gave a friend, who has a legal prescription for xanax, a ride and he dropped 5 xanax in her car?

Later that day she picked me up & we got pulled over and police found them on the side of passenger seat, which I had been sitting, and charged me with procession of them. She was not charged. Can my friend come to court, show his prescription and explain to judge yhow he dropped them accidentally, and get my charges dismissed? We live in New Jersey, it was 5 pills which he had placed in the cellophane wrap that slipped out his pocket. We were pulled over cause I was a passenger & not wearing a seatbelt, we told police the pills were not ours. Thanks for any advice to this matter.

Do I have to boil my Wonder Warmer RIGHT after I use it?
I just ordered a Wonder Warmer hand warmer and I would like to take it to school to use in the cold mornings, but I just found out that you have to put it in boiling water after you use it to melt all of the hard crystals, so would I have to go home as soon as the heat fades, and throw it in a pot of boiling water for ten minutes? So I have a job at a veterinary place, it isn't full time but pretty close, no benefits only pet benefits and it's been a struggle financially to take the job, I finally got an extra day added on and that sure helps but it isn't 5 days a week yet just four. I LOVE the job. So my work schedule has been pretty much been a set schedule so I thought I'd apply for a 2nd job to help get more income in, but don't want that first job to know in case they think I don't like my job or in case they think they would be working me too much-or anything related to that. I finally got a 2nd job and I just did the drug test and the 2nd job keeps asking my availability and keep saying "that should work." It is limited availability due to the 1st job. Anyway the 1st job asks me to switch shifts with other people once every month or so and I don't mind. Well they asked me to work saturday evening instead of saturday morning but i just got done telling the 12nd job i work saturday morning and can work for you evenings and if I switch I may "burn the bridge" for the 2nd job. Honestly I am bad at saying No and turning someone down, I hate it, I like to do favors for people and not have worries. How can I handle this professionally? what would "you" do? Is it worth it to do 2 jobs or should I stick to just the one job? Personal opinions needed. Help!
